SIMPSON EDGING CLOSER TO RETURN
Defender Danny Simpson has posted another update on his instagram account as his comeback from a back injury edges closer.
Seeing as it is Matty Phillips birthday today why not check out this showboat by the winger earlier in the season. Hopefully he will be back in action soon.
Game over! Brighton have just added a second in the 86th minute from a corner as QPR switched off and Stephen Ward gets in front of Jermaine Jenas to score.
77 mins: Goal: QPR are behind to a goal from Leonardo Ulloa after Brighton's Bruno Saltor was able to ghost past Benoit Assou-Ekotto and pick out Ulloa unmarked. Redknapp reacts by subbing BAE for Modibo Maiga.
71 mins: Scrap that I was wrong, as you were no change imminent.
68 mins: Looks like Maiga is readying himself to come on as he heads back down the tunnel. Would assume a straight swap for Will Keane.
64 mins: Much, much better from Junior Hoilett who cuts in from the left and sees his shot deflected behind for a corner. The R's winger has had a frustrating evening when he's been in similar positions tonight.
59 mins: This match is like a game of tennis. One team goes up one end before the other surges straight back up the other. Traore has just forced a save from the keeper. Definitely think there will be at least one goal in this.
52 mins: Positive period from QPR since the restart. First Hoilett wins a corner following a good shot before Assou-Ekotto's sliced shot works its way to Nedum Onuoha who can't steer it past Kuszczak as he smothers from 8-yards.
We are back underway at the AMEX Stadium and Clint Hill registers a shot on target with an up and under from inside his own half.
Half-time assessment in the press room is that 0-0 seems a fair result so far. QPR will need to get Morrison on the ball more in the second half and try and provide some better assistance to Will Keane who is isolated on his own up front at times.
